What can we say? It really is all about Verna! She's truly one of the nicest, most positive people you will ever meet. Her smile, laugh and sense of fun are infectious. 

She's also a bit of a pistol. It's that energy that inspired her to do something she's always wanted to do...curate and sell ice cream in a fun environment. So she bought and outfitted a trailer, solidified a deal with one of the best private creameries in the midwest, and Minne-Scoop-Ta was born!
